Nomination Process (Step by Step)
1. Eligibility Check (Pre-Nomination)
• Only products/brands physically exhibited at Beauty Hub Expo2027 qualify to ensure on-site visibility and ties awards to footfall.
• Products must be commercially available (or launching at the event).
• Brands must be registered exhibitors (or partners/sponsors for select categories like Lifetime Achievement).
• One product per category per brand (to avoid dominance; allowing up to 3 total entries per brand across categories).
2. Nomination Submission Window
• Opens: The Nomination window is open to apply.
• Closes: The Nomination window will get closed on 30th December 2026 at 8:00PM.
• How to Submit: Fill out the Nomination Form mentioned at the bottom of this tab.
3. Shortlisting / First-Level Review
• Timeline: 1–2 weeks after nomination closes.
• Who: Internal organizing team + 4 preliminary judges (e.g., Event Curators, Dermatologist Advisors, Influencers, Media Officials, Ayurveda Experts).
• Criteria: Completeness of entry, eligibility, basic alignment with category (e.g., no tech product in pure Ayurvedic category).
• Outcome: We will be announcing 5 shortlisted nominees per category via email and event website/socials.
4. Judging Phase (Multi-Tiered for Credibility)
• Expert Jury Panel (60–70% weight): 5–7 members (Dermatologists, Ayurveda Experts, Cosmetic Chemists, Beauty Editors, Tech experts, Influencers).
• Score on scale (1–10) for predefined criteria:
• Innovation & Uniqueness (20%)
• Efficacy & Science/Tradition Backing (25%)
• Ingredient Quality & Safety (20%)
• Sustainability & Ethics (10%)
• Packaging/User Experience (10%)
• Overall Impact & Market Relevance (10%)
• Public/Visitor Vote (5%): Open during the exhibition via QR codes at booths. Visitors scan and vote once per category.
• On-Site Evaluation (for select categories): Judges Test products live (demos, skin scans, texture feel).
• Final Tally: Combine scores; ties broken by jury vote.
5. Winners Announcement
• Grand Ceremony: Evening of the exhibition on 11th February 2027
• Winners will be announced live with trophies, photos, surprise gift hamper and short acceptance speeches.
• Grand prize: “Overall Glow Winner” or “Best of Beauty Hub Expo2027” Will be awarded along with prize money also.
• Post-Event: Winners get digital badges, feature in post-event recap brochure/video, priority booth next year, and media mentions.
Note: Shortlisted brands will get “Nominee” badges for booths to attract visitors.
